Community Celebrates International Women's Day with DIY Hat Workshop

In celebration of International Women's Day, a special DIY hat workshop was held on March 8 in the Dongyuan Community of Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. This engaging event, titled 'Beautiful Hats Like Flowers', was organized by the community in collaboration with the Inner Mongolia Xinzhe Business College and attracted numerous female residents.

Participants received hands-on guidance from professional instructors from the college, who shared techniques for decorating straw hats and tips on color coordination. Attendees enthusiastically embraced their creativity, transforming plain straw hats into unique pieces of art through trimming, color matching, and shaping.

The atmosphere was warm and lively as participants not only crafted their hats but also exchanged life experiences, parenting tips, and workplace insights. One participant expressed her gratitude, stating, 'I rarely have the chance to relax like this due to my busy work schedule. Thank you to the community for organizing such a wonderful event that provided me with a sense of healing through crafting.'
